...as J J Barnes passes away this morning. A popular live act on the scene and one who I had the pleasure of seeing in the mid 70's which, for me at least, was the best period for the genre. A tribute to him in the NS 6@4 slot while the remainder of the 3 hour show is filled with all the Soulful goodies you've come to expect. No show next week(17th) as I'm gigging - the first time for 13 months other than an hour set for my ole mate Joe at his Summer charidee gig - but I will be back on Christmas Eve with some Xmas tunes mixed in with the usual fayre.
